Grùdach : "Searching for lost objects in a muddy pool with hands"

 

A collection of loose design sketches drawn in compulsion, some derived from left over conceptual ideas, some old projects and others of makes not yet realised. The initial set of sketchbook excerpts are all utilising the same anatomical synced colour palette, pattern and texture inspiration and use historical cutting patterns of 16th and 17th century ruffs and men's hose (Mittens patterns are my own cut - when realised). Some designs have been completed, others in pattern cutting stage and all with sourced and hand dyed textiles.

 

These are loose sketchbook designs and therefore not finalised nor a representation of the full design process.
